Our Purpose

Why we exist, and where we're going.

The BHOBU SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY FOUNDATION was established to give Bishop Herman College students the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to compete at the highest levels of science and technology.

Our Mission

To advance STEM education at Bishop Herman College by providing resources, training, and opportunities for students to excel in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics — nurturing the problem-solvers and innovators the nation needs.

Our Vision

To establish Bishop Herman College as a center of excellence for STEM education — producing world-class scientists, engineers, and innovators who will transform Ghana and the world, and inspire the next generation of Hermanos.

What we do

Four pillars of STEM excellence.

Every programme we run, every resource we fund, and every competition we enter falls under one of these four pillars.

NSMQ Training

Expert coaching and strategic preparation for the National Science & Maths Quiz — building champions who represent BHOBU on the national stage.

Robotics Competitions

Building, programming, and competing in national and international robotics events — developing hands-on engineering skills for the future.

Coding Workshops

Intensive programming and software development bootcamps teaching in-demand tech skills — from fundamentals to real-world projects.

Lab Equipment

Providing state-of-the-art laboratory equipment to modernise science education facilities and give students access to real research tools.
